尊敬的紫光上師：

能夠打開我的心靈和身體來體驗這樣的覺悟，這是多麼令人驚歎，多麼美妙的體驗啊！

有時在生命中，你會看到一條路，命運會指引你順其而行，走向目標。我非常高興我已經在這條路上，跟隨著指引而前行。

在這個週末，我來到光環密宗健康密法修持班，得到了紫光上師許多加持和護佑。我的心靈感受到了真正的平和與寧靜，並希望這樣的體驗將會幫助我，在生而為人的道路上完善自己，同時也希望我的人生能繼續為這樣的覺悟而開放。

Genuine Peace in Me

Holy Ziguang Shang Shi,

It has been an amazing and wonderful experience to have all myself to open my mind and body to experience such enlightenment.

There are times in life where you place yourself a path and destiny just leads the way. I am truly happy to have followed the path.

This past weekend I came to this Guang Huan Mi Zong Health Dharma course and got lots of blessing from Holy Ziguang Shang Shi. I have experienced such genuine peace in my mind and heart and hope that this experience will further develop me as a human being and that my life continues to open such enlightenment.
